They have studied the Present Simple, and they have asked for help to the CSI NY members to find Perla, who is missing since last week.

CSI: NY (Crime Scene Investigation: New York) is an American police procedural television series that ran on CBS from September 22, 2004, to February 22, 2013, for a total of nine seasons and 197 original episodes.

The show follows the investigations of a team of NYPD forensic scientists and police officers identified as Crime Scene Investigators, instead of the actual title of Crime Scene Unit Forensic Technicians (CSU)) as they unveil the circumstances behind mysterious and unusual deaths, as well as other crimes.

The series is an indirect spin-off from the veteran series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and a direct spin-off from CSI: Miami, during an episode in which several of the CSI: NY characters made their first appearances. It is the third series in the CSI franchise.

Originally in 2004, CSI: NY was produced in partnership with the Canadian media company Alliance Atlantis. The company dissolved after season three in 2007, and all production after that was done under the purview of CBS Paramount Television.

The series was filmed at the CBS Studio Center, with many of the outside scenes shot in and around Los Angeles. Occasionally, scenes were filmed on location in New York City.

The series ended its ninth and final season on February 22, 2013. It was canceled by CBS on May 10, 2013.

CSI: NY follows a group of investigators who work for the New York City crime lab. The series mixes gritty subject matter and deduction in the same manner as its predecessors, yet also places a great deal of emphasis on criminal profiling.

The team is led by Detective Mac Taylor, a former Marine from Chicago. Mac is a veteran of the NYPD who lost his wife on 9/11, and as such must work to rebuild his personal life while supervising his team. He is organized, efficient, dedicated, and very proper in his management style.

Mac's partner is originally Stella Bonasera. Stella is half-Greek, half-Italian, and entirely New York City. She helped Mac through the impact of his wife's death and has been by his side ever since. She is a savvy investigator, yet she often speaks before she thinks. Stella leaves New York to head a crime lab in New Orleans and is replaced by Detective Jo Danville.

Jo is a former FBI criminalist and an experienced psychological profiler. She and Mac quickly form a strong friendship and an even stronger working rapport. Jo is still haunted by her ousting from the FBI after blowing the whistle on improper lab procedure, so she works to regain her professional reputation.

Together, Mac, Stella, and Jo head an elite team of detectives including Danny Messer, Aiden Burn, and Lindsay Monroe. The team also works alongside CSI Sheldon Hawkes, Detective Don Flack, Medical Examiner Sid Hammerback, and CSI trainee Adam Ross.

CSI NEW YORK: ACCIDENT OR LABOUR RISK MISTAKE

Carolina Bean was a happy woman. She was in New York, where she arrived before Christmas, with her family. Although she hadn't accompanied them in the last trips around the city, she felt they were closer to her. She had explained to The Grandma that she wanted to stay some days visiting Central Park to take pictures and sceneries for her new graphic novel. The Grandma accepted the proposal because she knew how important her job was for Carol.

It seemed a normal day except for one fact: nobody had sent her a WhatsApp the last 48 hours and she hadn't seen them because she arrived to the hotel too late and she left it too early. Suddenly, the telephone rang:

-Hi! It's Carol Bean. Who's calling?

-Good morning, Mrs. Bean. I'm CSI Stella Bonasera from the New York Office. I would like to talk to you. It's about your family.

-My family! What happens? Are they ok?

-Don't worry, Mrs. Bean. They're fine. They are in the Mount Sinai Hospital waiting for your arrival to do the papers. Don't worry. I've phoned you because my partners, Mac Taylor and Don Flack, are going to take you in Central Park and carry you to the hospital.

-Wow! Ok. I'm astonished. I know where the hospital is. If you don't mind, I will come by public transport. I want to stay alone before visiting my family.

-Ok Mrs. Bean. See you later in the hospital then, but if you need something, please, don't doubt to phone us.

-Thanks, Detective Bonasera. See you later.

Flack and Bonasera searching Nereyda Bean

CSI Stella Bonasera was one of the best members of the CSI New York Team. She was working in the case of the mysterious sinking in Liberty Island. They hadn't got enough answers to know what happened exactly in that boat and what the real cause of the tragedy was. 

They had revised all the protocols of labour risk prevention and the boat has passed all the legal controls. The technicians hadn't got any explanation about the origin of the accident. The boat has a great hole on the right side but they hadn't discovered what caused that hole.

Thanks to the work of Lt. Theo Kojak and the CSI Team, the most part of the victims had been rescued, except one. They had identified the name of the missing woman. She was Nereyda Bean, a young dark-skin woman with long black hair who wore air hostess uniform the last time that someone saw her. They were searching in the main places of the river paying attention to the flow.

If Nereyda Bean didn't appear in the next 48 hours they would call the FBI because the possibilities of finding her in another state, because of the force of the flow, were higher.

Carolina Bean had arrived to the Mount Sinai Hospital. She was ready to identified every member of her family and taking profit of the visit she was going to try to meet one of the best cardiologist of the world who works in this hospital: Doctor Valentí Fuster Carulla.

DEAR IRENE BOND, WHAT CAN WE DO IN SAN FRANCISCO?

The Bonds have had an intensive day

Today, The Bonds are in San Francisco, California where Miriam Bond has joined to Deloris Van Cartier's Gospel Choir. They arrived yesterday evening and they have been remembering their trip in New York City working with connectors, sending some tweets and creating a little composition about it.

They have remembered how the family helped the CSI New York team who was resolving a terrible murder in the city that never sleeps. Moreover, they have evocated how they bought some of the most important places of the city and they have asked for  advice to their best councilor, Irene Bond, one of the most experienced members of this nice family, after remembering how important was the radio during the last century and what happened in October, 30 1938 with Orson Welles in the CBS.

Next, they have been talking about some photos which they took in NYC and how they remembered the city, especially last Friday when they went to the UNO Headquarters and met Barbra Streisand, Woody Allen and lots of fans of the New York Knicks and they experienced one of the most excited adventures: travelling in a bus full of working people.

Finally, the family has received the unexpected visit of M, who has offered them some new material, in that case, an interesting book about Steve Biko, one of the most important citizens against Apartheid.

The revolutionary sees his task as liberation 

not only of the oppressed but also of the oppressor. 

Happiness can never truly exist in a state of tension.
