I was in Pedralbes,
a suburb in the north of Barcelona. I assisted to The Bridal Fashion Week.
The place was plenty of famous people who dedicate their lives to fashion. I
want to work in this world. This is the reason because I loved this experience.
One day, I will return there to expose my works. I’m sure. I can.

My name is Susana Poppins. I’m German-born
although I’ve been living almost all my life in Finland. I’m a member of The Poppins family and I want to
explain you something about my online platform.
First of all,
I would like to link this project with my life. Yes, because all in life is to
grow up and to learn some experience about something or someone.
So, when I
returned to Germany, I created an enterprise with my brother. He had an idea
and he explained it to me. I agreed and we began quickly.We createdTons of Lulait, an enterprise which mission was helping to connect
different local enterprises.
We organised
a little exposition inside a big fair and promoted this kind of professionals
and we did different meetings with good interesting subjects. We visited
different cities with this project like Barcelona, Paris, Rome, London, Berlin,
Lisbon, New York, Dublin and today I’m here in Silicon Valley in San Francisco
showing you my project. I enjoyed a lot.
Later, I started a marketing course named May the force be with you
by Lulú Poppins. It was a course
that changed my life. I met new people and created an interesting group. I
explained them my project and they helped me with new ideas and this changed my
brain.
In 2015, I combined
the fair with my business plan and, in April, I went to Barcelona because I
wanted to have a different point of view. I joined to The Poppins, another amazing experience. This family is plenty of professionals who are specialists in internet, apps and all about
the market. I liked it and I wanted to orient my business to this side.
Although it
was difficult for me, I tried to go to as events as I could and I knew new people
like developers and designers, people who have enterprises of different
business models. I asked them about their projects.
Finally, I
decided that I could try again with Tons
of Lulait.
Nowadays, Tons
of Lulait is my project and being here in Silicon Valley, in front of you,
explaining this, is my success.

San Francisco is perhaps the most European of all
American cities.
Yesterday, The Poppins had another beautiful day.
First, they started with some grammar: PastContinuous(While/When), Conditional Simple and how
to convert an uncountable noun in countable.
Later, the
family assisted to an incredible class of fashion and trend thanks to Lulú Addams-Poppins who is a
professional of these themes.
The family
is finishing its Australian holiday and they’re crossing the desert with the help of an old Grandma's friend, Cocodrilo Dundee. They're travelling across it to homage Priscilla and her friends and because
of this, they chose The Poppins’
Queen: Tonyi.
After
remembering ABBA and some mystic writers like Ramon Llull, San Juan de la
Cruz and Santa Teresa de Jesús,
they continued its travel with the idea of enjoying these last hours in the
south hemisphere.
Today, The Poppins have spent a great day preparing
the Eurovision Song Contest. After
doing some exercises of vocabulary and thinking in the origins of Friday, 13, they have been talking about some famous people like Vlad Tepes, Jack The Ripper and Enriqueta Martí. Next, they have composed some beautiful songs
which have been sung by all the members of the family.
It has been
very difficult to choose a winner song but after an amazing re-count, Lulú & Jennifer Poppins have won the Poppins’ Contest. By the way, tomorrow, all members of the family are going to stay
in Stockholm defending their songs
with all the heart.
The Grandma has decided to follow some important artists and has
borrowed some lyrics of her family’s songs to create her own one. Here it is:

The family
is flying tonight from Edinburgh to Stockholm while The Grandma is returning to Barcelona
because she has a meeting with her other family, The Holmes, who have an important appointment tomorrow morning.
I hope I shall possess firmness and virtue enough to maintain what I
consider the most enviable of all titles, the character of an honest man.
Today, The Poppins have studied some modal verbs
like Must and Need and have revised Should.
They have done some exercises about Social
English and they’ve chosen which model of exam they want to do.
The family,
which is still in Scotland, wanted
to start to search Nessie but the
latest news about Eurovision Song Contest
have changed their plans. Isa from Malta, Lulú from Russia, Carmen from Czech Republic and M.José
from The Netherlands have arrived to
the final, which will be celebrated next Saturday in Stockholm (Sweden).
The Grandma has talked about using some kind of tools to search an
employment and about their utility and reliability. She has put like an example
the case of her old friend Ofèlia Puig,
who is a great fan of social networks. She has tried to explain that the most
important thing in a job searching is the own person and, maybe, the tools aren’t
sometimes as useful and honest as we think but nevertheless we must try it.
Finally, Tonyi Poppins in her name and in Irina's has answered lots of questions about her participation and experience in Eurovision Song Contest.
Tomorrow,
they’re preparing Nessie’s searching and they’re starting to work with
connectors and prepositions.
Self-esteem is as important to our well-being as legs
are to a table.
It is essential for physical and mental health and for
happiness.
Today, The Poppins have worked Social English, have revised Future Continuous and they’ve been
talking about the differences between PresentContinuous, Future Simple and FutureContinuous.
After doing
some exercises, M. José Poppins has
explained some experiences in Naples
and it has been a great linchpin to talk about uncertain future and how to live
without fear next to one of the most powerful and dangerous volcanoes of the world:Mount Vesuvius.
Next, Lulú Poppins has explained another
story about duplicity and what to do in this case. The world is changing every
day and with the new technologies, we suffer new crimes like phishing, duplicity
and change of identity. We must pay a lot of attention to our private life and
it isn’t easy in a society plenty of social networks and open information.
The family,
which is now in Scotland, has
thought about these themes and about how your life can be determined by the
actions of other people. The Grandma
has talked about a very important person in her life, aperson who dedicates her life to the Nicaraguan poorest people.
Finally, they’ve been creating a story trying to
use connectors. They have a plan for this week: after visiting Scotland, they’re going to go to Stockholm, the capital of Sweden,to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest. They’ve only
four days to prepare a successful hit but it’s enough time to reach it.
