The Grandma continues with her huge cold and although she's trying to keep her voice alive, sometimes it has been difficult to explain some new things. These kind of things are very usual where you are 92 but she has explained an interesting story about the game of  the goose.

Jordi Bean chose to travel to the USA and all the family will go with him. This is the reason because they have been working with the vocabulary of travels.

Moreover, the family has been writing their letters to Santa Claus. Xmas is coming to town and they are ready to welcome him with all the honours.

Finally, the family have played with Who is Who and Scattergories and they have discussed if king is a job, a profession or nothing.

Today, The Bonds are living an intensive day. They continue revising some aspects of Social English and grammar like uncountables and Future Simple. The Grandma is talking about some memories and she is explaining some stories about fire, black cats, Occitan poetry, spies in the Middle Age and Tarot.

For one hand, Mariona Bond is reading the future in the cards and the family is realizing that this evening they have a meeting with Barbra Streisand in Broadway and tomorrow they're staying with Richard Castle and his mother, the popular actress Martha Rodgers.

For other hand, the Bonds are creating a folder using imperatives and connectors of order, and they are reviewing polite expressions with shall and reading a new chapter of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.

Finally, The Grandma is talking about great genius like Charlie Chaplin, Charlie Rivel or Mr.Bean.

Today, The Poppins have been studying some aspects of the Adjectives, Imperatives and Present Continuous. They’ve created a plot based on a magic dice and they’ve talked about how to resist nowadays and be strong against the difficulties.

The family is preparing the cooperative and they’ve taken some examples about how was possible that a big plan wasn’t a success paying attention to some elements like When? (Roy), Where? (Cindy) and What? (Céline).

The Grandma wants to buy a new house to establish The Poppins’ Headquarter. They are talking about which kind of house can be better for them and why. They also want to take care of Exit, Eli’s owl, which is a new member of the family.

Before talking about the house, The Grandma has talked about the origin of the Black Virgins in the Mediterranean and their influence in culture and religion nowadays.

THE GRANDMA'S FAMILY TRAVELS TO CYPRUS

Cyprus

Yesterday, we reviewed Present Continuous and we talked about Imperatives (Affirmative and Negative form) and State Verbs.

It has been a hard day because we have had to prepare a rescue plan for helping Eva who is trapped in Cyprus without passport, visa and money. It’s a great logistic operation with a lot of transports and all the family working very hard for doing their works correctly.
